2016 GTCCC Capture Education Day & Gala Awards Banquet

The GTCCC is offering it’s Capturing Light and Shadows day and Gala Awards Banquet, Saturday April 2nd, 2016. The Capturing Light and Shadows event starts at 8:00 AM, followed by the Gala Awards Banquet at 5:00 PM.

For this year’s  Capturing Light and Shadows day, there are some great keynote speakers and some very interesting workshop sessions that are sure to keep you informed and entertained.

There will be two keynote speakers. Drones & Image Posting with Douglas Spotted Eagle (Morning Keynote) and Cameras For Healing with Maurice Henri (Afternoon Keynote).

There will also be some morning and afternoon workshops covering

  • High Speed Shutter Images
  • Travel Photography
  • Wedding Photography
  • Plug Ins for Post Processing
  • Advanced Video on SLRs
  • Human Form Shoot
  • Lighting Model Shoot
  • Using the Mirror less Camera

The 27th Gala Awards Banquet will end the evening with a sit down dinner, raffles (with some fabulous prizes), keynote presentation, awards slide show, and presentations.

The keynote for the evening will be Bruce Macauly, Feature Film Stills Photographer on “The Art of shooting stills on set for over 35 years.” This event is a must attend!

Our APC Club, Contest & Exhibit Director, Bob Wilson, will present further details at our January member meetings. There is special pricing for APC members and an early bird rate as well (deadline March 1st).
