Cancellations Due to COVID-19

March 14, 2020 – As you know, with the spread of COVID19 in Ontario, many events, meetings and gatherings are being cancelled in order to limit exposure to the virus.

We learned yesterday that Ajax has also begun taking precautionary steps by closing their facilities, including the Community Centre and Library until April 5.

This means that we will NOT be holding any meetings or classes during this period including the class scheduled for March 17th and 31st at the Ajax Library and the APC Members’ meeting scheduled for Tuesday, March 24 at the Ajax Community Center.

As of right now, the Tutoring Thursday sessions will continue at Pizza Pinos, but as you can imagine, the situation regarding COVID19 is very fluid. Therefore, we will let you know if and when there are any further changes to scheduled club activities.

Our executive team look forward to being able to resume our regularly scheduled activities and we greatly appreciate your cooperation during this period of uncertainty.
