Bio:
Relatively new to the digital photography world, I bought my very first DSLR back in late 2012. Having never owned a camera before, learning how to use the camera seemed quite overwhelming until I found the Ajax Photography Club. I found that working with more experienced photographers helped me to grow and before long, I had mastered my camera and it has been exciting journey ever since. I love viewing the world through my lens and I have found a wonderful creative outlet, using my camera as my brush.

  • How would you describe your photography style?
Hmmm… good question. Not sure I know yet. I have been experimenting and trying new things. I am a nature lover at heart and started shooting landscapes early on but soon after,  I found that people really fascinated me and I began shooting portraits as well.  I like a variety of subjects… If it moves me…. I’ll shoot it.  I love throwing in a little bit of my artistry in all the images I create and find that post processing has been another wonderful way to express my creativity.
  • Which photographer is your biggest inspiration?
I’m inspired by many photographers. There is so much you can learn from others.
  • How long have you been interested in photography?
I have always loved photography ever since I was a teenager but never owned a camera. It wasn’t until 2012 that my photographic journey began.
  • What was your first camera?
My first camera was a Nikon D3200 but it wasn’t very long before I jumped into my first full frame camera…I now shoot a Nikon D610 and I love it!!
  • What  is  your  dream  photo  trip?
I love Ireland and would love to spend a few weeks there exploring the history of the land and taking in the stunning scenery.
